Nothing optional loads on this site until you decide. Reject all takes one click, the same as Accept all, and the site works the same either way.
Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We also use local storage, which works in a similar way but is never sent to our server on its own. The same consent rules cover both, and so does this page.
Essential storage
These items remember what you did on the site. They stay in your browser, never reach us and do not need consent.
- rise-consent: your answer to the cookie banner, so the banner does not reappear on every page. Kept until you clear your browser data.
- rise-listing-draft: a draft of the property listing form, so your text survives a page reload. Kept until you clear it.
- rr-calc: the numbers you entered in the yield calculator. Kept until you clear it.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you choose Accept all, or switch on Analytics in Settings, we may load Plausible Analytics to count page views. Plausible does not set cookies, does not build profiles and does not follow you to other sites. We see totals only: which pages people read, from which country and on what kind of device. Nothing about you as a person.
Until you give consent, the analytics script is not requested at all. Choosing Reject all keeps it off until you change your mind.
With that same consent, the site also remembers the campaign tags (UTM) of the link you arrived by, in session storage under rise-utm, so a request you send from another page still shows which link brought you. It is cleared when you close the tab. Without consent, the tags are read only on the page you landed on.
Maps on property pages
Property pages can show the location on Google Maps. The map stays blank until you press Show the map. Once it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If you never press the button, no request goes to Google.
What we do not use
There are no advertising pixels, retargeting, cross-site tracking or third-party ad networks on this site.
Changing your mind
You can reopen the banner below and choose again. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings does the same. Blocking cookies entirely in your browser will not break the site: it only forgets your choices.
